Organisations still run on forms that were designed to be printed — registration, consent, applications, inspections, permits. Retyping the answers afterwards is the part nobody has time for. This takes the PDF you already use, works out the questions on it, and gives you a link people can fill in. Answers come back as a spreadsheet, and as your own document with the answers written onto it.

Not a form builder — you should not have to rebuild a document that already exists. Not an analytics product: nothing tracks the people who answer your forms across other sites. Not free-with-your-data: the answers you collect are yours, and are never used to build or train anything.

Blank documents are read once to work out what the questions are, and answers are placed back onto the original by measuring the page rather than guessing. That measurement is tested against a set of real forms collected from public websites — around a hundred of them, across two dozen trades and seven countries — so a change that improves one form and quietly breaks another is caught before it ships.
